Keep the Hung curd in the fridge for 1 or 2 days so that it gets thick. Now take a mixing bowl and add mashed paneer in the mixing bowl. Now add hung curd in the bowl. Mix it by adding chopped green chillies and chopped corriander leaves. Mix it.
Now add all the dry spices ingredients except bread slices. Mix it well. On the other hand heat the kadai by adding oil in it. While the oil is getting heated, in the mean while take a slice of bread and cut the edges of all the slices of the bread.
After cutting the edges take a slice and wet it little bit.Now take one scoop of the curd mixture and stuff in it.
Fold it slowly so that curd does not comes out from any where.
Now drop it in the heated oil. Deep fry it from both the sides. When it gets brown and crisp, remove it on the tissue paper. Our Fire Curd Bombs are ready to serve.
Serve hot with thai Sauce and ketchup or what ever dip of your choice.
