Petha is a sweet made from vegetable petha. But i have given a fussion by adding Paneer to it to give a new taste and reduce the sweetness of sugar coated petha. And this variation is called Paneer + Petha = Panpetha. This recipe is very easy to make.
Mash paneer in a mixing bowl finely. Now grate sweet petha and add it to the mixing bowl. Mix it properly and finely. Now add ellaichi powder and cinnamon powder to it. Mix it.
But this mixture should be mixed well so that paneer and petha are combined to each other properly. Now make small balls or you can call ladoos of this mixture.
Now garnish these ladoos with rose petals and keep them in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours so that they may get set. After wards you can have it.
