Petha is a sweet made from vegetable petha. But i have given a fussion by adding Paneer to it to give a new taste and reduce the sweetness of sugar coated petha. And this variation is called Paneer + Petha = Panpetha. This recipe is very easy to make.

Ingredients
- 150 gms Paneer
- 4 to 5 piece of sweet petha
- 1/2 tspn ellaichi powder
- 1/2 tspn cinnamon powder
- 8 to 10 petals of rose flower

- Mash paneer in a mixing bowl finely. Now grate sweet petha and add it to the mixing bowl. Mix it properly and finely. Now add ellaichi powder and cinnamon powder to it. Mix it.
- But this mixture should be mixed well so that paneer and petha are combined to each other properly. Now make small balls or you can call ladoos of this mixture.
- Now garnish these ladoos with rose petals and keep them in the fridge for 2 to 3 hours so that they may get set. After wards you can have it.
