Heat clarified butter in deep wok, fry almonds and cashews for minute on low flame. Transfer to a plate and keep aside for garnishing. Add pav and deep fry pav pieces till it turn into golden brown and crisp. Transfer it to a plate and keep aside.
In same wok in same clarified butter add green cardamom cook it for 30minutes.
Add milk n bring it to boil. Add sugar n saute till sugar dissolve.
Add orange food color mix it n cook for minutes.
Add fried pav, almonds, cashews, mix it and cook till pav absorb milk. Mash pav. Switch off the flame.
Pav Ka Halwa is ready to serve. Serve in plate and garnish with deep fried cashews, almonds and cherries
