Three layer strawberry panna cotta is an Italian desert with sweetened cream thickened with agar agar and molded.the cream aromatized with various flavours. I use strawberries.this panna cotta is very delicious
Make puree of strawberries and sieve it.for ist layer--- soak 2 tsp agar agar powder in water take half cream and half cup strawberry puree.heat them on gas add half cup sugar stir continuously and add agar agar stir till agar agar dissolve
Turn off gas whisk it with spoon and pour in a mould keep mould in freeze for half an hour to set.for 2 nd layer-soak 2 tsp agar agar in 2 tsp water take half cup of cream and half cup of milkmaid heat on gas add half cup sugar
And stir it continuously on low flame add agar agar and stir till powder dissolve.turn off gas whisk it and cool then add vanilla essence.bring the mould from freeze pour this mix upon 1 st layer and keep in freeze for half an hour to set.
For 3rd layer---soak 2 tsp agar agar powder in 2 tsp water take half cup of strawberry puree and 1/4 cup of cream and again heat them in low flame.add 1/4 cup milkmaid and half cup sugar and stir add agar agar mix and cook till dissolve.turn off gas
Cool a little and add 2 drops of colour and mix.now bring mould from freeze and pour mix upon 2nd layer and again keep in freeze for set.at the time of serving take hot water put mould in it for 2 min. Take a knife and insert in sides and demould
It in serving plate dacorate with strawberry and mint
