Instructions
Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds and let it splutter.
Add chopped onion and
sauté
till onion turns soft.
Add chopped tomatoes and
sauté
till tomatoes turns mushy.
Add Masala powders and
sauté
for a min.
Add chopped potatoes, season with salt and fry for about 5 mins.
Add chopped Beans, stir well and fry for about 10 mins and take off the heat.
