Instructions
Sieve dry ingredients - Atta, baking powder and soda. Mix oil, sugar, dahi, thandai powder, mawa. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
Add milk to prepare smooth batter. Add in saffron to batter.
Transfer batter in 6x6 inch baking dish.
Garnish with almonds and pistachios. Bake cake in preheated air fryer at 160 degrees for 22-25 min until toothpick comes out clean.
Alternatively bake in oven at 180 for 30 min. Cool down the cake completely and serve.
