Instructions
Melt desi ghee in a kadai or heavy bottom pan.
Grate or mash khoya. Add it to melted desi ghee along with milk and sugar. Mix everything well.
Continue to cook the mixture for 5-10 min on lowest flame till it becomes little thick and starts to bind together.
Once the barfi material becomes little thick, remove from flame. Immediately transfer to a greased plate or tray. Spread it nicely.
Garnish with chopped nuts of choice. Let it set for few hours until stiff.
Cut the barfi in desired shape and store in an air tight box.
