An other recipe to make your weekend special "CHILLI PANEER" which is an Indian recipe with a restaurant touch that contains a combination of chopped onions, garlic and chillies, tomato flavour with some vinegar and soya sauce.
Switch on the stove and place a medium-sized kadai on it. Once it's heated, add three tablespoons of oil. Then, add the paneer cubes and fry them until their color changes to a brownish yellow. Finally, transfer the fried paneer cubes to a bowl.
In the same kadai, add chopped capsicum and fry for some time. Then, add finely chopped onions, garlic, and green chilies. Stir in one tablespoon of salt and chili powder. Cook for a while and then cover with a lid.
Then, add soup powder or pasta masala for gravy texture. Add some water and mix well. Once the gravy texture is formed, add the fried paneer. Mix thoroughly until the gravy completely coats the paneer.
Serve it in a bowl and garnish with carrots and tomato sauce.
