An other recipe to make your weekend special "CHILLI PANEER" which is an Indian recipe with a restaurant touch that contains a combination of chopped onions, garlic and chillies , Tomato flavour with some vinegar and soya sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gm of Paneer
  • Onions Finely Chopped
  • Green Chillies 3
  • Garlic Cloves 4 to 5
  • Half Finely Chopped Capsicum
  • One Tablespoon of Salt
  • One tablespoon of Chilli Powder
  • Half Tablespoon of Turmeric
  • Soup Powder Optional
  • Three Tablespoon of oil

Instructions
 

  • A. Switch on the stove B. Keep a medium sized kadai C. Once its heated , Add three tablespoon of oil D. Add the paneer cubes E. Fry until the colour changes to brownish yellow(Transfer it to a bowl)

  • In the same Kadai, Add chopped capsicum, fry for sometime. Then add finely chopped onions, garlic and green chillies Add one tablespoon of salt and one chilli powder Stir for sometime and Close the Lid

  • Then Add Soup Powder or Pasta Masala for gravy Texture ,Add Some water and mix Once the gravy texture is formed add the fried paneer Mix it thoroughly until the gravy completely spreads to the paneer

  • Serve it to bowl and garnish it carrots and tomato sauce
