Tasty pointed gourd
Pointed gourd (parwal) is good source of minerals, carbohydrates, vitamin A and C. It is good for constipation, low calorie and control blood sugar level. I used in so many ways. Here is the recipe tasty pointed gourd.
Peel off the skin of parwal and prick with fork to penetrate the spices.
Marinate the parwal with salt and turmeric powder. Then shallow fry the marinated pointed gourd.
In the same pan add mustard oil, ginger paste, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, onion paste, tomato paste. Sprinkle little water and mix all together.
Add fried parwal cook another 5 minutes. Serve with any combination.
