Purpose flore 150gmsq
Dri yeast 2tsp
Sugar half cup
Salt half tsp
Baking soda 20gms
Sesamon seeds 20gms
For boiling solution for::1tsp baking soda
half tsp salt,half ltr water
For kootu.. Tomato 1 cup chopped

Instructions
For pretzel buns::1.Beat the butter,sugar well 2.Then add flore mix well with palms add yeast,baking soda
3.As well add warm milk for fermentation mix well make doe kneaded transfer to a air tight container
Rest at 5 hours...for because increases size
Then take out cup equal portions make as round shape again rest 1 hour
For boiling ::heat the water in a thick container once water bubbling ,add salt,baking soda
Take rest buns leaves into water keep boil up to 2min,t ake out to a towel it observes excess water
Coat with Poppy seeds cut little gently on top .. transfer those coated buns in baking mould bake under 20min at 180 degrees
For kootu...heat the pressure cooker put onion,chillies,dal (washed) tomato pieces add 1 cup water close lid allow to cook 3 vissles
Mean while take coconut,dri red chilli,make fine paste
Heat the pan add tadaka put cooked dal tomato gravy add coconut paste keep boil up to 2min finally add corinder
Take pretzel buns cut top circle shape scoop up inside pour tomato kootu .. ready to serve hotly ...try and enjoy well
