Instructions
Blanch
tomatoes and keep aside to cool down. Then remove skin and make pulp
Boil pasta with water, oil and salt up to soft. Then strain the pastaand reserve 1/4cup of pasta water. Keep aside
Heat oil in a pan
Then add chopped onion and chopped capsicum and saute again
Then add chopped mushrooms and salt to taste to it and saute and cook up to soft
Then add tomatoes pulp to it, also black pepper powder, sugar, basil, parsley and tomato sauce and cook up to dry
Then add cooked pasta and reserved pasta watee and cook
Add 1tbsp cheese and cover and cook for 2mins. Pasta is ready
