lemon juice

red chilli powder

olive oil

butter

as per taste
Instructions
Put the boneless Basa on a full sized plate.
Rub with smoked red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mixed herbs. Keep aside for ten minutes.
Heat a frying pan add butter and place the delicate marinated fish.
No need to cover, juice will come out and cook itself.
Flip the other side. Again sprinkle with mixed herbs.
Don't over cook the fish let the fish soft.
It will take hardly ten minutes. Then ready to serve.
