Basa fish is a category of cat fish. This is fleshy fish which has low mercury level. It is very good for pregnant women, either pre delivery or post delivery.
It contains omega 3 fatty acid. It helps to bring baby's brain, eyes and nervous system.

  • 500 gm fish Basa fish, 8 inches long
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder smoked
  • 1 tbsp herbs mixed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt as per taste

  • Put the boneless Basa on a full sized plate.

  • Rub with smoked red chilli powder, salt, lemon juice, olive oil and mixed herbs. Keep aside for ten minutes.
