spinach leaves 1/2 bunch
finely chopped beans 1/2 cup
finely chopped or grated carrot 1/2 cup
green peas 1/2 cup
boiled and mash potato 2 no.
Salt
black pepper powder 1 tsp
green chili finely chopped 2 no
chopped coriander 1 tbsp
lemon juice 1 tbsp
cornflour 1 tbsp
oil for frying
oats 2 cup
Instructions
clean and wash the spinach then cut into thinly .
blanch
the beans,carrot and peas cool them.
now mix well all ingredients together apart from oil.
make the cutlets
heat the oil in a pan and fry the cutlet till golden,serve hot with green chutney .
