Wash the millets and Urad dal and add fenugreek with them.
Soak in water for five hours. Then grind them in a mixie or wet grinder to fine dosa batter adding required water.
Add salt and mix well. Allow the batter to ferment for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix the batter well and make dosas as we make usual dosas on Non stick Dosa tawa with oil.
Serve hot with Chutney. Potato curry goes very well with this dosa.
