Refined flour 1 kg
Mava 1/2 kg
Melon seeds 2 tbsp
Grated coconut or dedicated coconut 2 tbsp
Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
Powdered sugar 1/1/2 cup
Thinly sliced almond 2 tbsp
Chironji 2 tbsp
Ghee/ clarified butter 1/1/2 cup
Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
In a pan dry
roast
the mava till it become golden.
Pop the melon seeds in another pan
Now with the adding all the filling ingredients make the mixture .
Knead the soft dough with ghee,flour and keep it for 1/2 an hour cover with a muslin cloth .
Divide the dough into equal small ball and make the small poories .
Fill the mixture in these poories and then seal the borders.
heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan and turn the heat medium and fry the gujhiyas till golden and crisp,
Cool and keep in a air tight container.
