Ingredients
- Refined flour 1 kg
- Mava 1/2 kg
- Melon seeds 2 tbsp
- Grated coconut or dedicated coconut 2 tbsp
- Green cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Powdered sugar 1/1/2 cup
- Thinly sliced almond 2 tbsp
- Chironji 2 tbsp
- Ghee/ clarified butter 1/1/2 cup
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 tablespoon refined flour and water for sealing

Instructions
- In a pan dry roast the mava till it become golden.
- Pop the melon seeds in another pan
- Now with the adding all the filling ingredients make the mixture .
- Knead the soft dough with ghee,flour and keep it for 1/2 an hour cover with a muslin cloth .
- Divide the dough into equal small ball and make the small poories .
- Fill the mixture in these poories and then seal the borders.
- heat the oil in a heavy bottom pan and turn the heat medium and fry the gujhiyas till golden and crisp,
- Cool and keep in a air tight container.
