Basmati Rice-1 cup
Cabbage-1/4 cup
Carrot-1
Capsicum-1
Onion-1
Ginger-1 inch bit
Garlic-1 pod
Spring Onion
white part-1 tsp
Salt
White Pepper-1/2 tsp
Oil-2 tsp
Schezwan Sauce-2 tsp
Spring Onion
gren part- for garnishing
Instructions
In a pan add oil and white part of sprig onion followed by finely chopped ginger and garlic.
Finely chop the rest of the vegetables and add it to the pan now.
Add salt,white pepper powder and shezwan sauce.Let the sauce incorporate in to the veggies.
Soak basmati rice in water for half an hour.Cook with 1 1/2 cups of water and cool it down completely.
Add cooked rice to the veggies.Mix well.
Garnish with chopped spring onions.
Serve hot with any chinese atarter or gravy.I had served it with schezwan baby potatoes.
Notes
You can also add finely chopped red cabbage.
Add more schezwan sauce if you want spicy.
