Take a pan dry roasts the semolina for 10-12 min on low flame. Now add spinach puree and stir it continuous avoide lump add salt cook it for 4-5 min. cool it.
Take a bowl make stuffing for this add grate cheese , coriander, chilly, onion, raisins, salt and pinch of pepper mix all the ingredients very well .
Take cool semolina mixture add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder mix it properly.
Now make round patties and stuff with mawa stuffing.
Stir fry semolina kebabs both side approx 10-12 min.
Serve hot and yummy semolina kebabs with Red chilly and garlic chutney.
