Haryali Semolina ( Suji ) Kebabs

A healthy kebab with full of healthy vegetables like Spinach and Chenopodium album ( Bathua) combined with semolina and mawa gives a good taste.

  • Semolina Suji 200 gm
  • Spinach puree 1bowl
  • Mawa 100 gm
  • Salt
  • Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
  • Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin powder ½ tsp
  • Pepper powder ½ tsp
  • Chopped coriander 3 tsp
  • Chopped chilly ½ tsp
  • Chopped Raisins 2 tsp
  • Chopped onions 2 tsp
  • 13 Oil For saute


  • Take a pan dry roasts the semolina for 10-12 min on low flame. Now add spinach puree and stir it continuous avoide lump add salt cook it for 4-5 min. cool it.
  • Take a bowl make stuffing for this add grate cheese , coriander, chilly, onion, raisins, salt and pinch of pepper mix all the ingredients very well .
  • Take cool semolina mixture add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder mix it properly.
  • Now make round patties and stuff with mawa stuffing.
  • Stir fry semolina kebabs both side approx 10-12 min.
  • Serve hot and yummy semolina kebabs with Red chilly and garlic chutney.
