Haryali Semolina ( Suji ) Kebabs

A healthy kebab with full of healthy vegetables like Spinach and Chenopodium album ( Bathua) combined with semolina and mawa gives a good taste.

Ingredients
- Semolina Suji 200 gm
- Spinach puree 1bowl
- Mawa 100 gm
- Salt
- Cinnamon powder ½ tsp
- Cardamom powder 1 tsp
- Cumin powder ½ tsp
- Pepper powder ½ tsp
- Chopped coriander 3 tsp
- Chopped chilly ½ tsp
- Chopped Raisins 2 tsp
- Chopped onions 2 tsp
- 13 Oil For saute

Instructions
- Take a pan dry roasts the semolina for 10-12 min on low flame. Now add spinach puree and stir it continuous avoide lump add salt cook it for 4-5 min. cool it.
- Take a bowl make stuffing for this add grate cheese , coriander, chilly, onion, raisins, salt and pinch of pepper mix all the ingredients very well .
- Take cool semolina mixture add cinnamon powder, cardamom powder, cumin powder mix it properly.
- Now make round patties and stuff with mawa stuffing.
- Stir fry semolina kebabs both side approx 10-12 min.
- Serve hot and yummy semolina kebabs with Red chilly and garlic chutney.

The use of Puree Spinach is a good idea as usually I would chop it and mix. Thanks for the recipe
