Green Garbanzo Paneer is a healthy delicious curry where cottage cheese and green garbanzo are prepared in a thick gravy of tomatoes. It is generally eaten with rice, naan or any bread.
Fry the paneer cubes .Sprinkle 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala over them and keep aside.
Boil the green garbanzo and keep aside.
Now in a pan heat ghee and add asafoetida and cumin seeds.
As they crackle add ginger. Then add tomato puree and and other spices salt, turmeric powder, corriander powder, dry mango powder and chilli powder and 1/2 tsp pav bhaji masala.
Cover and cook till tomatoes are done and changes colour.
Now add boiled garbanzo, fried cottage cheese cubes and little water and cook for a few minutes.
Add curd and mix well. Garnish with chopped corriander and few cottage cheese cubes . Sprinkle a little more 1/2 tsp Pav bhaji masala on top and ready to serve hot.
