Cornflour

Salt

sweet chilli sauce

tablespoon
Oil

teaspoon
soya sauce
1
teaspoon
sesame seeds
Oil for frying

teaspoon
honey

tablespoon
chopped and boiled mushrooms

Instructions
In a bowl take cottage cheese cubes and toss with cornflour.
Deep fry them and keep aside.
Now heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
Add capsicum 1 inch squares and saute till tender.
Add cottage cheese cubes ,mushrooms,onion, 1/2 tsp salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce, honey and cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to the serving dish and sprinkle sesame seeds to garnish.
Enjoy hot with rice or curries of choice.
