Pumpkin 250 gms
Bengal gram par boiled one cup
Whole red chilli
punch phoran masala
Turmeric Powder
coriander powder one tsp
Little bit sugar
salt to taste, mango powder
Instructions
Pumpkin cut into pieces. Add oil in a heated frying pan.
Add whole red chilli, panch phoran which spice is famous in Bengal. Mixture of saunp, mustered seeds, fenugreek, onion seeds coriander
Add pumpkin pieces, par boiled Bengal gram, coriander powder,red chilli flex,turmeric powder,pinch of sugar salt to taste.
When it will cook add roasted punch phoran masala powder mango powder.
Now it is ready garnish with fresh coriander and serve.
