Chopped nari shaah 250 gms
Chopped garlic 1 tsp
Chopped green chilli 2 tsp
Fried moong bari 100 gms
Turmeric powder and salt as required
Whole red chilli
panch phoran 1 tsp
Instructions
Add two tbs oil in a heated pan. Add whole red chilli,chopped garlic, panch phoran
Now add shark, turmeric and salt. Stir fry close the lid for a few seconds.
Let the water dehydrated add fried bari. Now ready to serve with steam rice.
