garlic paste

teaspoon
Ginger paste

chopped green chili

red chili powder
1/2
teaspoon
Turmeric Powder

teaspoon
coriander powder
1/2
teaspoon
cumin powder

tbsp
mustard sauce
Fresh coriander leaves
Salt
Instructions
Wash and chopp the ladies fingers. Add oil in a preheated frying pan. Add onion paste, ginger, garlic paste, turmeric powder and chill powder.
Stir fry then add chopped tomatoes mix well. Then add the ladies fingers and salt. Mix together and let to shallow fry.
Close the lid for a minute. Open the lid add cumin powder and coriander powder. Again mix and close the lid for a minute.
At last serve with mustard sauce
Notes
Mustard sauce has a different aroma than other sauce.
