Red Chilli Powder

or oil and oil as required, or as per taste
Instructions
Soaked rice for ten minutes. Just sauteed onion ginger garlic paste with masala.
Mix with kima and oil. Make ball shape and wrap with rice.
Keep in a steamer. After ten minutes it will ready. Don't press with hand. Handle with care.
Serve with chutney. See how it looks like a FLOWERS
