Rice Flower
Ingredients
- 1 cup Rice good quality
- 250 gm Mutton minced
- 1/2 cup Ginger Garlic Paste or onion, or paste onion paste
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1-2 tsp Salt or oil and oil as required, or as per taste

Instructions
- Soaked rice for ten minutes. Just sauteed onion ginger garlic paste with masala.
- Mix with kima and oil. Make ball shape and wrap with rice.
- Keep in a steamer. After ten minutes it will ready. Don't press with hand. Handle with care.
- Serve with chutney. See how it looks like a FLOWERS
