  • RICE 1 cup good quality
  • Mutton minced 250 gms
  • Onion paste ginger garlic paste 1/2 cup
  • Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Salt and oil as required


  • Soaked rice for ten minutes. Just sauteed onion ginger garlic paste with masala.
  • Mix with kima and oil. Make ball shape and wrap with rice.
  • Keep in a steamer. After ten minutes it will ready. Don't press with hand. Handle with care.
  • Serve with chutney. See how it looks like a FLOWERS
