  • 1 cup Rice good quality
  • 250 gm Mutton minced
  • 1/2 cup Ginger Garlic Paste or onion, or paste onion paste
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1-2 tsp Salt or oil and oil as required, or as per taste


  • Soaked rice for ten minutes. Just sauteed onion ginger garlic paste with masala.
  • Mix with kima and oil. Make ball shape and wrap with rice.
  • Keep in a steamer. After ten minutes it will ready. Don't press with hand. Handle with care.
  • Serve with chutney. See how it looks like a FLOWERS
