take 4 chicken legs. put gashes on it using a knife. Now leave it to marinate in vinegar, salt & Ginger paste for 2 hrs & then cook it 70 percent in tandoor.
Now in a Pan Make the sauce consisting of orange marmalade, orange juce, orange zest, paprika powder, butter & black salt. Cook it till the sauce thickens. Now toss the chicken legs in to the sauce & cook till it coats the chicken legs.
Take a White plate place 2 leaves of greem Chinese cabbage for garnish & serve the chicken legs on it with a slice of orange slice placed on it.
