tomato sauce

green chilli sauce

teaspoon
garlic paste

Instructions
Make a dough with flour oil and salt.
Add oil in a heated frying pan add chopped cabbage salt and two tsp vinegar sauteed.
Keep separate now spread dough small size and fill with veggies and fold like a dim sum.
Steam for fifteen minutes. Now make are red sauce.
Add oil in a heated frying pan add garlic paste red chilli powder and tomato sauce vinegar and salt cook for a few minutes.
Serve hot momos with red sauce and green sauce.
