couscous

onion seeds
1
teaspoon
green chilli paste
1/2
teaspoon
Turmeric Powder

teaspoon
coconut paste

teaspoon
oil
Salt
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Couscous soaked over night. Peal off the potato skin and cut into same size.
Heat a pan add oil. Then add onion seeds, potatoes, turmeric powder and salt. Stir fry and cover for five minutes.
Open the lid add green chilli paste, coconut paste and couscous. Stir fry and again cover again for five minutes.
Now ready to serve with steam rice.
