vanilla essence

cinnamon powder

nutmeg powder

cashew nut paste
pinch
of salt
Instructions
Bring fresh corn and peal out the seeds. Boil with one whistle.
Make a smooth paste. Take a mixing bowl add one by one ingredient. Add smooth corn paste, butter and blend.
Add olive oil , sugar and flour cut and fold. Add cashew nut paste, cinnamon powder, nutmeg powder, vanilla extract and pinch of salt.
Cut and fold. Preheat oven for ten minutes at 180 degree Celsius. Now take aluminum mould brush with butter and sprinkle with flour.
Pour the corn batter into the mould and bake for twenty minutes. Check with a knife. Let it cool.
Spread whipped cream, chocolate sauce and fresh boiled corn.
Enjoy the creamy healthy corn.
