Instructions
Peel out the seeds from maize. Boil in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.
Take a frying pan add oil for saute. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir till brown.
Add boiled corn, salt and saute. Add channa masala, chilli powder and mango powder.
Stir continuously and mix well. Then add chopped green chill and chopped coriander.
Now ready to serve masaledar maize.
