  • Peel out the seeds from maize. Boil in a pressure cooker for 4-5 whistles.

  • Take a frying pan add oil for saute. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir till brown.

  • Add boiled corn, salt and saute. Add channa masala, chilli powder and mango powder.
  • Stir continuously and mix well. Then add chopped green chill and chopped coriander.
  • Now ready to serve masaledar maize.
