Masaledar Maize (Corn)

Maize has lots of benefit. It protect cancer and heart disease. So I thought I should try different cuisine with maize.

  • 2 Maize
  • 2 finely chopped onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 2 tsp channa masala
  • Chopped coriander
  • Chopped fresh chilli
  • 1/2 tsp mango powder
  • Salt


  • Bring maize and peal out the seeds. Boil in pressure 4-5 whistle.

  • Take a frying pan add oil for saute. Add chopped onion, ginger garlic paste and stir till brown.

  • Add boiled corn, salt and saute. Add channa masala, chilli powder and mango powder.
  • Stir continuously and mix well. Then add chopped green chill and chopped coriander.
  • Now ready to serve masaledar maize.
