Instructions
Prepare a batter of gram flour with water. Add roasted oats along with all other vegetable and spices.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease with little oil, Pour the prepared batter to make small pancakes. Cook it till crisp from both sides.
Serve hot crispy pancakes with tomato ketchup, curd or coriander chutney.
