First squeeze all water from carrot and radish . Mix both ingredients well .
Now take a pan , add 1tsp oil then add cumin seeds when they starts crackle . Add black salt , corainder powder , dry mango powder and black pepper powder . Now add peas and cook for 4 - 5 minutes until they becomes crunchy .
No add these cruchy peas into carrot and radish and mix well . Enjoy a healthy salad on independence day .
