flour - all purpose or part wholewheat

of Apple Cider Vinegar

teaspoon
of Vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius.
Melt the chocolate and butter together and
whisk
well. Add milk slowly as you keep mixing.
Whisk
sugar and flour into chocolate mixture.
Add the ACV and vanilla essence as you continue to
whisk
.
Add eggs, 1 at a time, whisking just until it mixes well after each addition.
Pour mixture into pie shell.
Bake at 170 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes or until set. Cool 10 minutes before serving.
