Step 1 :
Boil 6-7 tumbler of water and add 1 tbsp of oil to it. Add salt required for rice in water.
Now add rice ... cook for 6-7 minutes.....then pour the cooked rice with water through a strainer and keep it aside .
Step 2 :
Heat a large pan....add oil to it.
Add garlic and saute to smell the aroma
Next add ginger and salt.
Add onions and saute it.
Step 3 :
Now add mixed veggies.
Add pepper powder.
Then soya sauce and mix well all .
Step 4 :
Now add cooked rice to it..
Mix well and serve hot.
