Ingredients
- Garlic - 1 tbsp fine chops
- Ginger - fine chops
- Onion - 1 fine chops
- Carrot - 1 cup fine chops
- Beans - 1 cup fine chops
- Green bell pepper - 1 cup fine chops
- Spring onions - 1 cup fine chops
- Pepper powder - tbsp
- Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
- Basmathi rice - 200 gms
- Salt
- Oil - 3 tbsp

Instructions
- Step 1 : Boil 6-7 tumbler of water and add 1 tbsp of oil to it. Add salt required for rice in water. Now add rice ... cook for 6-7 minutes.....then pour the cooked rice with water through a strainer and keep it aside .
- Step 2 : Heat a large pan....add oil to it. Add garlic and saute to smell the aroma Next add ginger and salt. Add onions and saute it.
- Step 3 : Now add mixed veggies. Add pepper powder. Then soya sauce and mix well all .
- Step 4 : Now add cooked rice to it.. Mix well and serve hot.
