Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Garlic (fine chops)
- Ginger (fine chops)
- 1 Onion (fine chops)
- 1 cup Carrot (fine chops)
- 1 cup Beans (fine chops)
- 1 cup Green Bell Pepper (fine chops)
- 1 cup Spring Onions (fine chops)
- tbsp Pepper Powder
- 2 tbsp Soya Sauce
- 200 gm Rice (basmathi)
- 1-2 tsp Salt (or as per taste)
- 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
- Step 1 : Boil 6-7 tumbler of water and add 1 tbsp of oil to it. Add salt required for rice in water. Now add rice ... cook for 6-7 minutes.....then pour the cooked rice with water through a strainer and keep it aside .
- Step 2 : Heat a large pan....add oil to it. Add garlic and saute to smell the aroma Next add ginger and salt. Add onions and saute it.
- Step 3 : Now add mixed veggies. Add pepper powder. Then soya sauce and mix well all .
- Step 4 : Now add cooked rice to it.. Mix well and serve hot.
