Amritsari pede wali lassi is a delish bravrage recipe . It is very famous in amritsar . On the occasion of jamashtami festival I have tried this recipe .
In a grinder take 5 - 6 malai pede , curd and chilled water . Process all ingredients well. Now add cardamom powder and sugar . Process all ingredients again .amritsari pede wali lassi is ready.
Pour into individual glasses and garnish with crushed malai pede and chopped pistachio. Serve chilled .
Notes
U can add fresh cream for making it more rich in texture .
