Baked Prawns With Coconut-Mustard Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

Butter
2
crushed garlic pods
2
tablespoon
mustard sauce
1
cup
Coconut cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Defrost the prawns and preheat the oven at 170 degrees Celsius
Melt the butter and add the crushed garlic pod into it. Cook it on low flame for 15 seconds or so.
Layer the baking dish with the butter-garlic mix.
Put the prawns in the dish and brush them lightly with the same mix.
Bake for 15 minutes and then turn them around to bake well on the other side as well, for 15 minutes.
While the prawns are baking, make the dipping sauce.
Whisk
the coconut cream nicely. Add salt and pepper.
Add the mustard sauce and
whisk
well.
Take out the prawns once they are baked through and serve with the sauce.
