Marinate with curd, red chilli powder,cumin powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste, onion paste and little bit salt
Keep aside for 30-45 minutes. Take a mixing bowl add soaked rice, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder. Rub the rice with these masala and ghee.
Take a sauce pan add water to boil, add bay leaves, whole garam masala, salt and masala mixed rice. Now make it half boiled.
Now take the marinated chicken fill with half done rice and cover with skin.
Now take a deep pan pour refine oil set the whole chicken and cover. Cook for another 15 minutes. But in between have to turn all sides to cook.
Now remove the skin cut the roasted chicken into pieces rice will come out. Saute with ghee, rose water, kewara water, Kashmiri mirch and coconut cream.
Now ready to serve hot biriyani to your guest..
