Prawns are a rich source of selenium one of the most effective antioxidants at maintaining healthy cells high level of zinc, which is important to develop a healthy immune system. Eating prawns help to build strong bone because they contains phosphorus, copper and magnesium.
Peal off the skin and marinate with turmeric powder, salt and lemon juice. Make prawns shallow fry. Keep aside.
In the same pan add oil, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, Kashmiri powder, tomato puree, sour cream, couscous paste and cashew nut paste. Stir continuously and add 1/2 glass water close the lid for five minutes.
Open the lid add fried prawns and garam masala powder. Garnish with fresh cream.
