Salmon Baked In Parchment Paper

Salmon is a versatile fish which can be prepared in simplest of ways to most complex delicacies. Baked Salmons taste great . This is one such recipe which is extremely simple to prepare and goes well with veggies and baked potatoes.

Salmon Fish Fillets
Salt
Black Pepper
Zatar Powder
Olive Oil
Zuchini
Boiled Potatoes
Parchment Paper or Butter Paper or Baking Paper
Instructions
Take a big parchment paper .
Spread some olive oil.
Place a salmon fillet at the center.
Add some veggies like zucchini .
Sprinkle Zatar Powder (middle Eastern Spice, Salt and black pepper)
Fold and taper from sides.
Bake for 170 degree centigrade for 15 minutes.
Serve with Russian Salad and some chopped Parsely.
