We celebrate Valentine's day every where in the world. I feel it is good at least we dedicated to our beloved. May be our parents, children, hubby, friends and relatives. I dedicated this to kids.

black pepper
crushed

asafoetida

green peas
boiled

coriander powder
roasted

teaspoon
cumin seed

coriander leaves
Chopped

Mayonnaise
as required
Oil
as required
Salt
as per taste
Chocolate
for garnishing
Instructions
Take a frying pan add oil, cumin seeds and asafoetida. When seeds will crack add chopped vegetables and salt. Stir fry then add mashed potatoes.
Mix well together sprinkle with black pepper. Spread roasted coriander powder. Give patties shape and shallow fry.
Arrange in a plate and cover with mayonnaise, chocolate and carrot. I plucked a rose flower from my garden. IT is a symbol of Valentine.
