Salt

small, chopped very finely

coriander leaves
finely chopped

red chilli
deseeded and chopped
Instructions
Soak the oats, rawa, besan, and flours in the curd for about 10 minutes. Add salt. Adjust batter consistency with water.
Consistency should be like Dosa-batter.Let it rest for 10 minutes. Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Add little bit of oil.
Spread the pancake batter and sprinkle the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves.
On low-medium flame cook each side for about 1 minute each. Dab with tissue to remove excess oil.Serve hot with a dip/chutney of your choice.
Add in as many vegetables, you prefer. Like chopped capsicum, paneer, boiled peas, carrots etc.
