Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoon whole wheat flour
  • 2 tablespoon millet flour
  • 2 tablespoon rice flour
  • 2 tablespoon oats powdered
  • 2 tablespoon rawa
  • 1 cup curd thick
  • 1 tablespoon besan
  • Salt
  • water if needed
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 onion small, chopped very finely
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and chopped

Instructions
 

  • Soak the oats, rawa, besan, and flours in the curd for about 10 minutes. Add salt. Adjust batter consistency with water.
  • Consistency should be like Dosa-batter.Let it rest for 10 minutes. Heat up a non-stick frying pan. Add little bit of oil.
  • Spread the pancake batter and sprinkle the onion, green chillies, coriander leaves.
  • On low-medium flame cook each side for about 1 minute each. Dab with tissue to remove excess oil.Serve hot with a dip/chutney of your choice.
  • Add in as many vegetables, you prefer. Like chopped capsicum, paneer, boiled peas, carrots etc.
