medium potatoes
For stuffing- 1 cup crumbled paneer
1
small onion finely chopped
2
teaspoon
finely chopped green chilly
A pinch of turmeric
Pepper as required
1/4
teaspoon
red chilli powder
Salt
Other ingredients for the covering layer- 1 cup Mashed potatoes

tablespoon
Milk

amul cheese cube

Carrots
olives, spring onions & french beans (for making face)
Instructions
For the stuffing- heat oil in a pan add chopped onions and saute for few mins.
Add chopped green chillies, turmeric, pepper, red chilli powder, salt and paneer mix everything well. Turn off the flame and keep it aside.
Wash the potatoes very nicely.
Boil the potatoes. Do not over boil them.
Once cool half the potatoes.
With the spoon scoop out the centre leaving a thin layer. Reserve the scooped out potatoes as it will be used in further step.
Stuff the potatoes with the paneer mixture.
In a bowl add scooped out potatoes, milk, grated amul cheese, salt and white pepper mix it well.
Now spread this mixture to cover the stuffed potatoes.
For making the face- Cut the carrot in round shape, olives in thin slices, chop the beans and strips of green part of spring onions.
Assembling- for the eyes keep the carrot then olive slices on top of it. Make nose with french beans and smile with thin strips of spring onions.
Next bake it in preheated oven at 180°C for 10-15 mins or till the skin is crispy.
Notes
You can add any stuffing of your choice.
Non veg options can be bacon with cheese etc.
