I'm all for gourmet food and masterpieces that require elaborate planning and cooking...
But for routine cooking, I heavily lean towards things that don't tax me too much yet are healthy as well.
Mix up all ingredients and shape like cutlets.
Shallow fry both sides till golden brown and crunchy.
Serve With any chutney or dip.

Most ingredients can be pre-readied like.boiled potatoes in the fridge, Roasted and crushed peanuts in the jar and remembering to soak the sabudana overnight.
